This is was the first image I posted on my blog upon returning to the USA from summer travel in China. We were in Jai Xing, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu and Ya'An, not to mention all the smaller sites we visited during the time from May 14 till July 10. I've posted more paintings from some of the areas we visited and there are even some photos of specific places that I've not painted. This painting is from Hangzhou in eastern China.
