This artwork is a continuation of the 3-D relief images created much like a 3-D printer but carving the relief from wood. In many of these works I am then painting them in the traditional style using acrylic medium. In this work the collector requested a Bluebird symbol, so this was the motivation for this particular work. See the views of this carved and painted image below.
Anyone can suggest an idea or subject to be carved and we can proceed from there to see if it is something that can be created using this new approach.
