It feels good to be back in the studio after a long absence due to health issues and recent recuperative travel. This painting shows some experimentation with ways to incorporate my early abstract expressionist style without giving up realism. It’s a discipline that I’ll continue to explore. Also recent travel to China, Cambodia and Vietnam may show up in future paintings. Keep tuned to my blog and see what happens.
